All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, holidays, or due to high order volume.

 


 

 

2. Shipping Time

 


After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

 

  • 4–5 business days for Canadian orders.

  • 5–10 business days for orders to the United States.

  • 7–15 business days for international orders (outside Canada and the U.S.).

 


Please remember that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and any potential customs delays.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Carriers

 


We work with trusted shipping carriers and select the one that best fits your delivery location to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Once your order is in transit, Jorycia is not responsible for any carrier delays or issues beyond our control.

 


 

 

4. Shipping Fees

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and order weight.

For international orders, additional customs or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

 

5. Order Tracking

 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@jorycia.com.

 


 

 

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

 


Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

 


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

We will review your case and do our best to find a suitable solution.

Jorycia is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier once marked as delivered.
